The charter of any change effort is to adjust the operational behavior of employees in their day-to-day work. When change involves employees at any level, HR should be involved to help shepherd the process.
We developed the Rapid Change Management Playbook to help HR prepare and implement any change effort quickly and effectively.
Orora’s Vice President of Human Resources identified talent acquisition as a key priority among her managers. Recognizing the urgency of their needs, the VP engaged Bright Talent to fill active openings. Bright Talent was ready with an immediate solution, and introduced a remote contract recruiter to support the project and fill the positions.
At a time when people are starved for human interaction, technologies like automated phone trees, self-service HR and chat bots are risky for companies because they remove HR from its core mission—to support candidates and employees.
