Client Engagement
I found Bright Talent years ago when I was talent leader at Niagara Bottling. I wanted to partner with Brenan German for training and, also to add recruiters that would work only when we needed them. That wasn’t being done much in those days, but Bright Talent could do it. I eventually left Niagara Bottling but never left Bright Talent.
What I love about Bright Talent is our never-ending quest for creative innovation and ever-deepening commitment to serve as a strategic partner and steadfast ally. On that path, Bright Talent and I have grown together.
While I have always offered all that I can do to help - from my 25 years of business experience, recruiting and hiring, talent management, leadership and culture development, or all things wellness – I’ve grown even more dedicated to doing what’s right. That is what’s right for the client and what’s right for their people.
To that end, I’m at my best when blending my talent development and business experience with leading-edge transformation techniques for leaders and teams, along with science-based health coaching. Merging these competencies results in greater health for the individual and the organization.
My guiding principle is this: “Always support others (and myself) to grow, so the very best can emerge”. This is how I live. It’s personal. My family, friends and clients all know this about me. I’m truly grateful and blessed for the many opportunities that life and Bright Talent have given me.
