Business Development

I am originally from Orange County, CA and relocated to Las Vegas in 2017 for my husbands’ job. I raised my two boys in Orange County while earning my bachelor’s degree in Human Services from The University of Phoenix. My original goal was to be an elementary teacher but after I graduated, Orange County was on a hiring freeze.

I decided to continue to work for Target Corporation, which was a wonderful company and they supported me while I went back to school. They also allowed me to work part time while my boys were little. I thoroughly enjoyed supporting some strong leaders as an Executive Assistant.

After 15 years with Target Corp, I decided to leave to dabble into various roles such as Office Manager, Account Manager and Recruiting Coordinator. I quickly discovered my love for being part of the recruiting/HR team where I found much joy in helping others start their new roles and helping them feel at ease as they transition into a new venture. I found that giving top notch service was something I thoroughly enjoyed. I was fortunate enough to have Bright Talent place me in 2 of my positions where I gained much experience and success.

After moving to Las Vegas, I joined the Bright Talent team and have worked on various projects all while supporting Brenan, President and Founder, as his Executive Assistant. I feel extremely blessed to work with such an impressive team from the comfort of my home.

Being empty nesters, my husband and I enjoy our 3 fur babies, movies and I am a lover of Orange Theory fitness and I am a proud mom of a United States Airman. I value the fact that I have a wonderful relationship with both my grown sons. Above all, we put our faith in God first and are thankful for our many blessings.
