Return to Workplace – Workforce Planning Solutions

We developed the Roadmap to Return to Workplace - Workforce Plan to help HR and business leaders prepare for the return of their employees to their offices. We host a weekly webinar to demonstrate how to plan by using the workforce plan tools available for download.

We understand you’re busy and might not have the time or bandwidth to use these tools to develop the plan yourself and we are here to help.

We have developed several affordable consulting packages to develop and configure the workforce plan for your organization. Depending on the size of your company and the amount of support you require, we offer 3 packages below:

Package 1

We will provide a consultant specialized in project management and program development to help configure the Workforce Plan tools for your organization.

This allows us to help you by developing the plan while enabling you to own the development of the content such as writing policies, and drafting communications.

The Workforce Plan includes development of the following:

  • Project Plan and Outline

  • Communications Plan and Outline

  • Employee Decision Workflows

  • Advisory in change management, project management, policy, tool creation, and other guidance pertaining to HR best practices.

    • For this scope of work, services do not include: writing or hand-on development for policy, messaging and communications, or process mapping.

Package 2

We will provide a consultant specialized in project management and program development to help configure the Workforce Plan tools and develop the content for your organization.

The Workforce Plan includes all deliverables in Package 1 and the following:

  • Communications messages for up to 2 different audiences

  • Policy writing for return to workplace for 1 location

  • Frequently asked questions (FAQ) for employees for 1 location

  • Process mapping of any new procedures for 1 location

Package 3

For organizations with multiple locations or larger workforce, we will work with you to craft an affordable solution to help you, quickly, plan and organize to have your workforce return to the workplace. This package will include all deliverables from packages 1 and 2 yet will require additional resources to deliver as quickly as possible.

Individual Services

We also offer individual solutions should you only need help with a single service such a project planning or communications plan. Pricing will vary depending on the need.
