I thrive on connecting with people and hearing their stories, and I’m grateful every day that my passion is also my profession. I have a degree in Economics and came to HR and talent acquisition by serendipity, after working for a decade as a stock broker. An inspiring conversation / opportunity with a former client resulted in my joining US Airways to create a recruiting department/team, and I never looked back. Since then, I’ve worked as a training and talent acquisition consultant with dozens of companies and I love what I do.

I had the good fortune to meet Brenan when he needed help with a client of Bright Talent. Through Bright Talent I have worked on several projects so directing my focus to sourcing and identifying consultants for Bright Talent was an easy decision, and now I enjoy bringing my skills and passion for recruiting and training to my work with Bright Talent’s consultants. A lot of my work is guided by intuition, but I consider listening to be the most important skill in my work. Whether I’m working with a client, a potential hire or conducting training programs, being able to ask the right questions and listen for deeper meaning is essential for ensuring the success of our clients in hiring, training and retaining the best consultant.
