Founded by Brenan German, former Fortune 500 Human Resources leader, with over 20 years of experience developing successful programs and teams within some of the country’s most respected and well-known companies such as The Gallup Organization, Edwards Lifesciences, and Black & Decker. Brenan leads a team of highly skilled experts and acts as an advisor to both small or medium sized organizations developing high performing, measurable, technology enabled, human resources functions.
Brenan is an expert in talent acquisition leadership with a unique ability to bring organizations the right solution right when they need it. As President of Bright Talent Resources, Brenan oversees and acts as senior advisor across all clients and projects or as a subject matter expert on particular projects to meet the needs of the client. His leadership often involves the alignment of HR strategies to business goals, and the implementation of systems and processes to reach measurable results. A graduate of the University of California, Irvine, he is Chair of the Orange County Employment Managers Association (OCEMA), Founding Board Member of the Talent Acquisition Group of San Diego (TAGSD), Member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and Advisor to Sigma Pi International Educational Foundation.
As a business owner and HR executive himself, Brenan has tried many suppliers and solutions – some great, some not so – and thus came the “Bright” idea to launch Bright Talent Resources, Inc. to provide strategic people management services – right when you need it.

Miki Jo is a Business Leader who increases company value in the market place through Talent Strategy and Organizational Development. As a Senior Advisor and Consultant, she partners with business owners and executives to create and strategize competitive advantage through leveraging organizational talent and organizational development. She directs and leads major initiatives, with change and implementation strategy, across the global organization.
Miki Jo has comprehensive experience in creative problem solving and transitioning environments; i.e. start-up, high growth, and M&A. She brings a deep understanding of business and markets to apply to bottom-line thinking for talent and organizational development. The first half of her career was developed in positions such a Marketing Manager, Director of Account Management, Development Director, and General Manager. She then worked as a Strategic Marketing Consultant, working with executives in companies from 20 to over 5,000 employees, before applying her marketing and business acumen to the Talent Acquisition industry.
With a Bachelor’s Degree is Marketing Communications from Colorado State University, Miki Jo also attended Antioch University as an M.A. student in Organizational Psychology. She holds professional certifications that range across organizational resource assessment, strategic action planning, team conflict assessment and management, leadership development and advanced facilitation.
