National Healthcare System
Scenario – Partnered with Human Resources to support a rapid hiring project. The scope was to fill 100 positions in 100 days in addition to pilot new hiring process and system. Developed a sourcing strategy and labor loading plan to align resources by business unit to partner with specific business leaders. Assembled a Project Manager and 3 senior recruiters to support the initiative.
Result – Successfully hired all positions within scope in addition to help optimize new hiring process and system.
Hyper Growth Medical Device Manufacturer
Scenario – Partnered with executive leadership to provide interim human resources leadership. The scope of the project was to provide human resources leadership subject matter expertise to evaluate and optimize the human resources function to align with business growth. Provided a human resources leader and contract recruiter to support the corporate human resources team and appropriately resource the function. In addition, review human resources strategy and deliverables. This included review and optimization of the HRIS.
Result – Successfully provided human resource leadership, realigned the human resources function to meet business needs, including recruiting support, and reconfigured the HRIS.
Regional Surgical Practice
Scenario – Partnered Practice Director and Physicians to update and optimize human resources practices. The scope was to evaluate human resources processes and policy to better manage talent engagement and performance.
Result – Successfully collaborated with practice leaders to review and update employee handbook, including employee relations guidelines. As well as redrafted job descriptions, offer letters, and new hire forms.

Global Financial Services Organization
Scenario – Partnered with Human Resources to support the development of the Global Talent Acquisition function. The scope was to help evaluate and select a global hiring management system. In addition, help project manage the configuration and implementation of the system globally integrated with Workday.
Result – successfully selected a provider to support a fully automated process from requisition creation to applicant tracking to online offer management to paperless on boarding.
Retail & Entertainment
Global Software and Hardware Distributor
Scenario – Partnered with Human Resources to provide contract technical recruiting expertise specialized in ERP developers to supplement corporate recruiting team. The scope was to collaborate with Information Technology hiring managers to fill job openings related to the global deployment of a global ERP.
Result – successfully worked with hiring managers to fill positions within scope and then remained as an ‘on call’ resource for ongoing recruiting initiatives.
Global Gaming Developer
Scenario – Partnered with Human Resources to provide interim Talent Acquisition leadership and advisory to evaluate current state of the function and recommendations to optimize performance. This included the development and execution of a change management plan to realign corporate recruiting resources and reconfigure the hiring process and system.
Result – successfully partnered with business leaders to appropriately realign recruiting resources, stream line of sourcing costs, reconfiguration of applicant tracking system for efficiencies and usability and roll out of changes.

Global Packaging Manufacturer
Scenario – Partnered with human resources to provide talent acquisition advisory. The scope was to evaluate the hiring process and practice across business units to support leadership mandated standardization. Provided the subject matter expertise and resources to support the initiative.
Result – Successfully conducted research in a cross functional workshop to evaluate and clarify current state versus future state needs. Identified best practices and discussed improvements needed to establish new policy, process, system utilization, reporting and compliance. Deliverables included project roadmap and change management plan for implementation and launch of new hiring programs.
Global Footwear Designer and Distributor
Scenario – Partnered with Human Resources to provide global compensation analyst subject matter expertise. Business growth required the review and development of a consolidated global compensation strategy and the scope was to provide resources to support this initiative.
Result – successfully assigned 2 global compensation experts to support the corporate compensation team and the project plan initiatives.

Scenario – Partnered with Chief Operation Officer to provide human resources advisory to support key talent initiatives. The scope was to assist with organizational planning to realign resources to better penetrate a market segment.
Result – Successfully provided advisory to execute against plan with minimal disruption to business operations. Changes were well received by organization.

Regional Gas and Electric Distribution Utility
Scenario – Partnered with human resources to provide talent acquisition and career center development advisory. The scope was to evaluate the talent acquisition function current state versus future state and establish priorities to optimize practices across the organization. A top priority was established to improve and enhance the career center to improve employment branding to attract talent.
Result – Successfully collaborated with key human resources, marketing, and information system staff members to develop a vision and plan. Coordinated and facilitated research and project team working sessions. Within 60 days, developed and launched a fully optimized career center with ATS integration.
